The best way to make a sale is to make contact with interested buyers and sellers. It sounds pretty simple but it can get pretty difficult to contact people without a method that actually works. There are buyers and sellers out there but finding them can be like searching for the lost city of Atlantis. To say the least it is challenging. To say the most it’s like looking for a needle in a hay stack. We try to make it easier than ever with Qazzoo. On Qazzoo the buyers and sellers come to Qazzoo in order to find a real estate agent.
Keep in mind that we have thousands of home buyers that create their own leads on Qazzoo so that real estate agents can contact them and they can create a relationship with the real estate agent and loan officer that they feel can best serve their needs. Remember that not all buyers and sellers are the same any more than every real estate agent is the same. People need to mesh and this process is sometimes as much a mating ritual as it is making contact.
Timing is everything when it comes to creating a relationship. The perfect person can contact the perfect complimentary person and nothing can happen if the timing isn’t right. This is no one’s fault it just happens and the best way to create the better timing is to always leave the door open to follow-up. Leaving the door open just means never saying good-bye. Allowing people the time needed to get their timing right is way more beneficial than pushing people who may have had a change of heart since they reached out the first time. Giving them some time to get back on track is our way of building a pipeline that can extend into the next 6 months of even a year. One call one close hasn’t worked since people sold vacuum cleaners door to door. I know people still do this but it is harder than splitting the atom and doesn’t make anyone feel very good.
