THE POSITION

Job Description

This is accomplished by creating cross platform ad solutions with attention to improving search results, satellite navigation, social networking, lead generation, video and mobile advertising.

As a Client Support & Retention Specialist you will collaborate with our sales team to provide follow-through of quality and work side by side with the Customer Support team to alleviate past issues on orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

 

  •  Proactively contact customers to enhance product value and overall customer retention.
  •  Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
  •  Review and maintain accuracy within the client database system.
  •  Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
  •  Consistently improve retention efforts and achieve monthly retention rates.
  •  Identifies, facilitates and ensures effective communication of all technical inquiries and problem resolution from the customer to internal resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Work authorization: United States (Preferred)

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of phone experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
