If you read the last post entitled “How to find real homebuyers using Qazzoo Part I” you now know exactly how to find homebuyer leads on Qazzoo and how to claim them for yourself. Now that you know how to do the first part you need to know how to organize and sort through all the connections that you have made on Qazzoo. Keeping your leads organized will allow you to have much higher closing percentage and therefore dare I say… make more money. The idea of Qazzoo is to reduce the amount of work that it requires to generate leads and do so with a lower overall investment of both time and money. But if you don’t keep your Real Estate leads organized you will be right back in the rat race, trying to figure out how to to find homebuyers.
After you have claimed two or three homebuyers on Qazzoo you should know pretty much exactly how to find homebuyers online. So that weight should be lifted. Now we need to talk about how to access the Real Estate leads that you have connected with. You can access all of your Qazzoo Real Estate leads via your recent connections section by selecting the “View All Recent Connections” tab on the right side of the page when you are logged in.
This will bring up a page that has all of your homebuyer connections listed in a condensed format. At first your most recently claimed will show up on top but that is not the way it needs to remain. You can sort the homebuyer profiles in a number of different ways.
Sorting can be done by “Name, Date, Price Range or Priority” depending on your needs at the time.
“Name” will organize your homebuyer leads by alphabetical order using the homebuyers first name.
“Date” will organize your homebuyer leads based on the date that you claimed them.
“Price Range” will organize your homebuyer leads based on the “price range” that the homebuyer indicated highest to lowest starting from the top.
“Priority” is based on the priority that you assigned to each of the Real Estate leads that you have in your “Recent Connections” you can change priority whenever you like and you can change the priority as many times as you like depending on your thoughts.
To assign or change a Real Estate lead priority, select their name and you will open their details page. On the right side of their profile you will see a button labeled “Priority” (creative huh?) use the drop box and select either 1, 2 or 3 stars. This will assign that homebuyer with the number of stars that you assigned and so that you can easily move your most time sensitive Real Estate leads on the top of list.
The above text should explain how to find homebuyers that you have connected with on Qazzoo and how to organize them based on your needs at any given time. If you have any questions please call or email client services at 800-230-9019 or CS@Qazzoo.com.
So those are the basics of the CRM that is built into Qazzoo for your benefit. Please follow Qazzoo on Facebook so that as new features and functions come online you know about them as quickly as possible.
Organization is key. How many times do good leads get lost in a black hole (back of desk drawer, wallet or purse, dog ate it etc..). Qazzoo has it’s own tool that I believe will be very beneficial as long as it’s put to use on a consistent basis. Some client resource management tools can be very confusing, but this one is very user friendly.
Our CRM was designed to be in continual improvement and as such we have started with the basics that everyone can use and as we add functions and features we will be telling everyone here and on our social platforms. But the idea is to start using it asap so that you can grow into it and not find a bunch of leads in the back of the dryer.
I only see about 10 leads that I like in my area. How often do you post more? Can I get notified when there are more?
