Without question the best feature I can think of that Qazzoo possesses is the Flag Data Feature. This feature is awesome, let’s be honest for a second, we all have received a bogus lead before that has a bum email and phone number most likely an unbelievable name, Michael Jordan…Donald Duck…Heck even Mickey Mouse on occasion.
Over here at Qazzoo we have built-in filters to try to eliminate these types of leads but they are not perfect and sometimes one or two slip by. Well having gotten these ourselves before, we understand how frustrating it is to get them and that’s why we implemented this feature.
The Flag Data Feature allows you to flag a lead as bad in our system, which sends a message to our customer service agents that will review the lead and 99% of the time, as long as the information is found to be bogus, approve the request. This feature is actually requesting a refund for that lead, and generally they are processed the same day.
