Why do mobile leads have limited user information and what makes them different?

Answer:

Generally, when a profile is created on a mobile device it is difficult to ask all of the normal questions we would ask if the homebuyer was sitting in front of a desktop computer. This is the reason that mobile profiles typically only contain the important contact information. But, the benefit to working with a mobile profile is that the person will be generally more Internet Savvy.
